WHO WE ARE
The Bantu Khaya Group is a multi-discipline organization that utilizes its team of experts with a wide geographic reach, to provide its clients with the bespoke project and portfolio solutions. Our roots are embedded in the entrepreneurial spirit of formulating innovative and sustainable solutions using an empowering culture and existing capabilities. Our strategic differentiator is our ability to create a collaborative expert input approach, which allows for the incorporation of multi-perspective views from our Technology, Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, Geospatial, Creative, Multimedia, Health, and Identity strategy experts; in order to formulate integrated and personalized solutions for our clients. These integrated and personalized solutions allow us to solve our clients, complex project and portfolio problems and also allow for the extraction of greater value to our clients.
Even though it may seem as if, like all other startups today, we are, “Jacks of all trades”, NO, but we can assure you that the team of internal and external experts, we collaborate with, on any given solution, are “masters of two, or three”…. We believe that by involving our clients in our solution development process, the client team ends up having greater appreciation of the final deliverable, and greater ownership of the solution. 9 out of 10 times, our clients are satisfied with the final package, whether it is a Strategy document, a new Web-platform, a new corporate logo, a map, or a few hours of advisory services. On the rare occasion that we did not exceed the client`s expectations, we solicit feedback and conduct a deep lessons learned exercise to ensure that we continuously improve and continue to offer our clients World Class services
